Welcome to The Chaos Collection

Hi, I’m Maddy. I’m a 36-year-old mum, a full-time working woman in healthcare operations, and someone who received a late ADHD diagnosis that suddenly made my entire life make sense.

For years, I thought I was “messy,” “forgetful,” “unmotivated,” or “too sensitive.” In reality? I was overwhelmed, unsupported, and trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for my brain.

The Chaos Collection was born from that realisation.

Why I created this space

Because ADHD content for women is often:
🧠 Feels clinical and cold
🧩 Is overly simplistic
🙅‍♀️ Has been created by people who don’t live with ADHD

I wanted something different.

A warm, shame-free space where women can learn practical strategies, feel seen, and feel less alone — especially on the days when everything feels harder than it “should”.

A place where:
✨ Executive dysfunction is understood
✨ Productivity is gentle
✨ Mental load is acknowledged
✨ Burnout isn’t normalised
✨ Small wins are celebrated — not mocked

If you’ve ever thought “everyone else seems to cope better than I do”, you’re not broken — and you’re in the right place.

The mission of The Chaos Collection

To help women with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) make everyday life feel more manageable through:

🛠️ Realistic, practical tips
🤍 Non-judgemental support
🐢 Low-pressure routines
🧠 Tools that actually work for our brains
🌱 Content that meets you where you are — not where you “should” be

Everything here is built around the same idea:
Small steps count. Small wins matter. Small changes can transform your day.

I’m so glad you’re here.

The Chaos Collection is an informational blog created to share practical strategies, personal insights, and supportive resources for women living with ADHD.

All content here is intended for educational and general support purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and should not replace support from qualified professionals.
